How Does the Process Work?
- Customized Assessment Process: We design unique scenarios and case studies specific to each company.
- Fully Online Process: Our Assessment Center (AC) process is conducted entirely online.
- Assessor and Observer Participation: The session includes one assessor and one observer, and the process takes approximately 3.5-4 hours.
- Comprehensive AC Report: A detailed Assessment Center report is prepared at the end of the session.

- HR and C-Level Involvement: A thorough feedback session is held with the HR team and senior management.
